Octa Cultures works to preserve and steward the eight cultures of Earth: Human, Animal, Plant, Insect, Aquatic, Algae, Fungi and Bacteria. Its work is organised across Earth’s 846 ecoregions, and it is cultivating a worldwide network of people who share knowledge, wisdom and resources to care for them. At its heart is a commitment to human freedom, and to the conditions in which all life can continue and flourish.
Its framework, the Octa Methodology, is organised by three goals, Unity, Self-Sufficiency and Discretion, and works across eight aspects of life. Octa Cultures works through three pathways: education, preservation and stakeholder responsibilities. Its education includes Octa Curriculum, a free, interactive curriculum through the eight aspects of life on Earth, for students aged 13 to 16 and above. In each enterprise grown by Octa HQ, Octa Cultures is intended to hold the Nature and Methodology seat. Nature gets paid first.
